Again, the best bet is to just ask if you're not sure. When we mentioned we were vegan n the cruise, they said they're pasta does contain eggs--- but they have a GF pasta on board that doesn't. So we ate that. In general life, it's a good rule that any fresh made pasta will contain eggs, while dried will not--- unless of course it's an egg noodle. For asian restaurants, typically a ramen or a lo-mein (sp?) are egg based. <br /><br />For bread, sourdoughs are typically eggs free, or most basic sliced sandwiched bread. But anything that seems like it might be buttery--- is buttery. Like a brioche bun let's say--- its packed with eggs and butter.
