a variation/remake of THIS one: roasted yellow beets over cream cheese. Combined THIS marinade (hot peppers included) with honey and balsamic, pinch of hawaiian black salt.
I decided a few months ago that I was going to have to re-create my own version some how, since it's the most processed thing we have in this home. I hope I can make this happen, if not, I hope vegan cream cheese comes to greece.
