same as before, but added pears and radish greens to the sauté. and mashed avocado spread underneath.
If you've been following along on twitter and instagram, you know: I'm exhausted. I'm trying to find the time and energy to write about the hellish experience that Marlowe and I encountered, flying back from California. A traveling nightmare, is an understatement. The good news is: we did make it home. And it feels so good to be here. The other good news is: really big and amazing things have been happening to us, since we returned. I'll be back as soon as I can with the worst story ever, and the best news ever. Until then, toast (again). Really delicious toast.

I'm so sorry that you had such a horrible trip! But I'm excited to hear the fabulous news!!

ReplyDeleteBut. Oh. My. Gosh. That' looks incredibly delicious!! Hungry straight away!
Have you ever thought about putting a Things on Toast "cookbook" together? I'd totally buy one.
ReplyDeletetotally. It's on my "in the next two years" to-do list.
DeleteSorry to hear about your awful traveling experience. Flying with my son is always tough. I still haven't got the hang of it quite yet, but I'm pretty sure all people at the airport hate me. So glad you made it home though! Beautiful photo!
