almost done packing! carry-ons, the cutest gifted moc's, piles of clothes, and lots of to-do lists.
one last night out. so much dancing.
doing a kick-ass job at using up the last of the perishable food in the house to make yummy meals. roasted honey-balsamic carrots, mashed potatoes, and breaded-baked tofu.
last night on the truck! pre-dancing.
little and big.
last meal prepared!
the joys of picking out your own pajamas.

the best raw tacos I've ever had at Christopher's Kitchen... actually.. best raw dish. period.

the morning of departure.

We made it, guys! I am beyond excited! The journey was... umm.. exhausting. 80lbs of luggage and one angry toddler, but we made it! I'm here, in Massachusetts: Yesssss. More later, for sure! <3 p="p">3>

Good job girls! I love that picture of you in the truck :)

ReplyDeleteGlad you made it!
Have you done a diet water on the honey balsamic carrots? If so, pretty please? They sound amazon and right up my alley.
ReplyDeleteI have not! I just blend honey/balsamic/oil and a touch of salt and pepper, coat the carrots and cook at 450 degrees until soft in the middle crisp on the outside :)
DeleteSuch beautiful pictures! The food all looks amazing too!
ReplyDeleteLovely pics! Glad you had a safe journey!! Exciting... looking forward to future posts!!
