  3. I love the things on toast postings! Also, I just discovered toffuti cream cheese today (before seeing your post)! I LOVE it. I am allergic to dairy (& wouldn't eat much of it even if I weren't after learning how not good it is for our health). I've had their american-style cheese slices on polenta and it was heaven.

  5. @Roxy: I believe the previous toast featured had plantains too :) nom. Now I want some.

    @Bee: it actually took me quite a while to like tofutti. I know many non vegans who actually LOVE it and loved it at first taste. I was a die-hard cream cheese fan and was very disappointed. Now I love it and couldn't live without it!

    @Kristina: I do :) Not often, but I do. I have maybe one soda a month... but only the natural cane sugar soda... ok, ok thats not junking out much... but I'm a big fan of nachos and chips in general. They are my junk food soft spot. I actually posted about an UTZ bbq craving I was having on twitter a few weeks back, and had two people send me multiple bags of bbq chips. I was in junk food heaven. I'm not huge on sweets, but I am known to pick up a giant chocolate chip cookie from whole foods every few visits :)
